Disgraced customer

I placed a makro.co.za online order on the 30th June 2025 and was informed that my order would be delivered by the 5th July 2025. After numerous phone calls and emails to all the relevant departments including their courier company (value express), the parcel was not handed over to the delivery person, no one had any idea where my parcel was. Very *********** people with no clue how to find the parcel and as for the communication between all parties and myself, well that's another story. They eventually reimbursed me after about 2 and a half weeks. Very disgruntled customer who will never ever buy anything from them online again. The service was atrocious and I hope they lose sales and customers from this experience 😫
