Disgrace service from makro wonderboom

I bought online 14 Jan and wonderboom branch was the one who packed my order and invoiced it when I received it two items were missing I have been calling from 21 Jan stil no one is assisting me with the issue, online agents keep on saying they will escalate the matter but nothing is done

I called again and the agents are so unprofessional I was just put through to the store and no one picked up the phone as usual
