Disasterous Service! Shocking!
My order number is MAK732728. On my profile it says that my order is complete, but I only received one box from the courier company ( 1 x MEGAMASTER Bushveld Fire Boma black).
I paid and ordered 2 x MEGAMASTER Bushveld Fire Boma black. Please let me know why my order status is showing complete if only 1 item has been delivered? I've phoned numerous times and also emailed your online support team without any response. I want my money back for the item that you are still owing me! My order was placed in November 2017, today it is 3 January 2018!!!
