Disappointment with Service

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a Perfect Dealz Pre-assembled Fabric Foldable Gazebo for Outdoor & Cafeteria on 18/11/2025, with an expected delivery date of 26/11/2025. However, I did not receive the order as scheduled. I called on 27/11/2025 to enquire and spoke with Fikile, who assured me that the matter would be escalated. To my surprise, today I received a refund without any explanation. I have re-ordered the same product and hope that this time the process will be handled better. Please ensure proper communication and timely delivery.
