Disappointment in Makro - Full of lies and stories

Refer to reference number MAK*** Bought a fan in December 2024 foot pedestal was faulty, logged a return on 24 December. They collected the fan on 3 January 2025, received an e-mail on the 10th January stating "We are pleased to inform you that your return request for refund has been approved" To date still have not received my money 3 February received the same e-mail for approval, still waiting 6 February called them again and this time I was told "they are waiting for approval from supplier" WHY lie on the e-mails?? Won't recommend Makro to anyone! I want my money back now as it is going for 2 months!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS
