Disappointment

I ordered a 20000MaH Powerbank from you guys on the 22 March 2025 and I received a 13000MaH powerbank THAT WAS NOT WORKING FOR ME and definitely not what i ordered so I reported it, return was initiated 27th March 2025 received an email my return has been logged and is being processed (Return request ID : M5TT8A9224F ) .16 April I received an email that my return request was approved and the powerbank was fetched so from the 27th of March are you telling me you can't refund me ? I've got a penalty on Payflex of R125 because you refusing to refund me a R98 now I'm suppose to pay R223 ARE YOU GOING TO PAY THAT PENALTY? I guess Makro attend to people who they owe big amounts of money.I can't use Payflex because of MAKRO !!!!
