Disappointment and disservice Makro online

I ordered an AA Pull out kitchen mixer for R585 order number OD*** on the 28th November and I was told that it will be delivered on the 4th of December which was not the case and noone bothered to call me and apologize. I followed up with 2 phone calls and I was told someone will get back to me instead yesterday at night I received an email saying my order was cancelled due to no stock but when I spoke to Lerato on Thursday she said there's still stock. Today I called again and the lady who answered my call was very rude and arrogant she told me I will be reimbursed and the account is on a minus and I am back to square one since the money will be deducted by the bank all I need is a tap and assistance with this dissapointing situation moreover it was my 1st time I ordered from Makro online.
