Disappointing services from Makro Online

Extremely disappointing services - status stuck order packed for 5 days with no any sort of communication, even after suggesting to go collect, they just decide without letting the customer know. Parcel has been stuck at the store and no one has bothered to find out why it is still stuck at the store
