Disappointing service if you buy online at Makro

Place my order on Makro Online Black Friday deals, up to now I haven't received my order and all i get as an update on my profile is "Order status: Delivery Failed - RTO(Return To Origin)"

yet no delivery contact was done...not even sure if there was any attempt, and even makro team received back the items and never even bother to contact me for the way forward, never even tried to refund.,. they just sat on my order just like that without any action...when i tired calling them this morning am told, "I will contact the delivery people and get back to you but I can't promise that it will be delivered today...

the Online service is very bad at Makro... unreliable..... I wonder for how long did then intend to keep my R6000 order for yet they have all my details in their system...not happy at all
