Disappointing service from makro security

My daughter had an unfortunate incident today in makro Germiston where two women blocked her in an aisle and ripped her handbag off with such force that the strap broke and they ran off and she was unable to catch them. She reported it to security and of course the incident took place in the one aisle that did not have a security camera. Security did nothing. In her bag was her phone her ID her purse her driver's license etc. I am so angry and I don't think I will ever shop at makro again. I am extremely disappointed that they didn't seem to care much. My daughter says that the women were dressed in uniforms. And it would not be surprising if they were actually staff of makro because they ran to the fridges of the store and not to the exit.
