Disappointing service from makro online

Very disappointed with makro online service, I ordered a laptop on the 25th of November I have not received it and every time I call they keep escalating and never come back to me after promising 2-5 days delivery, what I shame think I will keep to takealot as they have never disappointed me or promise something they can't deliver, I am confused rite now as I noticed there are complaints regarding refunds as well
