Disappointing service from Makro online

If there was a zero rating, that's how I would rate my experience with Makro online shopping. Placed an order on the 30 November 2024. My order come was delivered in drip and draps.....called the call centre on 3 occasions with no ETA. Then boom today the bin that I had ordered it's second hand. Has scratches everywhere, it's clear that they refurbished the bin by using a new sticker...by the way the microwave that I ordered, which was supposed to be delivered on the 2 December hasn't arrived. I am so so disappointed
