Disappointing service from Makro Online

I'm so frustrated with Makro's awful service. I ordered an LG washing machine last week Tuesday 23 Nov. The courier delivered a Bosch on Friday 26 Nov, so I sent it back. Now there's apparently a backlog. The courier is ready to arrange a delivery today but Makro doesn't have the machine. I've reached out to Makro via social media, the call centre and the customer support email, and no one can tell me where my washing machine is. Really upset and disappointed with Makro.
