Disappointing Service Experience with Makro Pick Up

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received during a recent order pickup experience at your shop in Silverlakes.

I placed an order for pickup at the Silverlakes location. The online status indicated that the item was ready for collection, and I even received a text message confirming the same. However, upon reaching the shop, I was informed that the item was actually at the Wonderboom branch.

The staff member, the assisting lady at the front desk and the manager she contacted, were unable to provide a satisfactory solution. Initially, I was advised to either contact the other shop or make the trip to collect the item personally. Upon refusal, my address was noted down promising delivery arrangements but failed to address any of my inquiries thereafter.

By far this has been my worst online shopping experience
