Disappointing Service

Such disappointing service from Makro.

I placed an order on 20 December 2024, and the order has not arrived as yet. The Estimated date of delivery was 24 December 2024.

The last communication i recieved regarding the order was on the 22 December 2024. Thereafter, I have not recieved any communication regarding the progress of the order, or why it is delayed. This is honestly disappointing.

I called customer service department on 29 December 2024, and they stated that I will recieve an email with an updated estimated delivery date. I still have not received that email.

This kind of service is honestly appalling taking into account that Makro is such a reputable company.
