Disappointing service

Why is it that I must wait for a refund for over a month? The service from Makro is disappointing to say the least. The consultants at the customer service keep escalating the matter but there is no resolution. It's been over a month. Why am I still querying a refund from Jan? Never again will I buy anything from Makro online.
