Disappointing service

Makro why did you have to disappoint me, when I was already singing your praises to people? I’ve ordered from Makro before, a couple of time, and got excellent service wrt to delivery.

My orders were completed within 24 hours, next day delivery. This time around, 13 days later, I’m still waiting for my order that I placed on 27th November. I understand there was the Black Friday traffic, but it’s been too long now. Can I have my order please??

I called the call center twice already. First time I was told my issue would be escalated, and next thing I got a notification from them that my order has been handed to courier. When I call back, 3days later, I get told the order was not handed to courier…which means someone sent me a false notification. What do I do now? Can I just have my order please Makro Wonderboom?
