Disappointing service
Horrible service received from Makro ONLINE
I placed an order Online on the 30th of November. My order was split into four deliveries which was annoying as I would have to avail myself four times at home to receive those deliveries. The three deliveries were made but the remaining part of my order a phone cover was supposed to be delivered yesterday the 9th, and it was never delivered. I've sent an email this morning asking them to follow up urgently and escalate the matter promptly as I'm currently using a phone without a cover making my phone vulnerable to scratches and damages. They have not responded to my email. This is utterly disappointing.

10 Dec 2024, 17:28Horrible service, I finally received an email from Makro after writing to Hello peter. I was advised that my order has been CANCELED, and that I'll be refunded. This is utterly unprofessional to process an order without confirming stock. Meaning I would have waited for something that would have never arrived if it wasn't for Hello Peter.
