Disappointing Online Services
I am very disappointed in the online service that Makro provides, I have placed an order online thinking it'll take 2-5 as they state however i have been waiting for than 5 days and my order still says still in progress, I mean how hard is it to complete an order of just two small items.
I tried to query my order but since they said they'll get back to me. Online shopping is supposed to be simple and efficient but at Makro it's a hassle.
