Disappointing Online Delivery Experience with Makro SA

I'm extremely disappointed with online delivery service privided by Makro. on 1st of December, I made a purchase online and received confirmatio that my order would be delivered by 3rd December. Howerve it's now 5th December I'm still waiting for my order to arrive.

I'v made multiple calls to delivery team to inquire about the status of my order, but unfortunately, I've received no positive feedback or updates. the lack of communication and poor service is unacceptabel, especially during the festive season.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of serve and reliability, especially from a reputable retailer like Makro. I hope that Makro will take my complaint serivously and take immediate action to rectify the issue and prevent the similar incidents in the future.
