Disappointing Experience – Wrong Item & No Support
Terrible online shopping experience. I received the wrong product, which was neither as pictured nor as described. I've now been waiting for more than 8 days for the return to be collected and a refund issued, with no response to my email inquiries. Nomonde is the manager.
They do not want to help.... the chair i got is X amount and the one i bought was X amount. I just need the difference.
