Disappointing experience with no delivery and lack of customer service

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Makro. I placed an order expecting efficient service, but the delivery never happened. Despite reaching out multiple times to customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and long waiting times.

It’s frustrating when a store as reputable as Makro fails to deliver on its promises, both literally and figuratively. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. This experience has made me question whether I can trust Makro with my future purchases.

I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves their delivery and customer service systems. Until then, I would not recommend relying on Makro for online orders.
