Disappointing customer service

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service i got from Makro Riversands. I went in today to purchase a fridge and i found one that I liked which was priced incorrectly I told the department manager (Nomthandazo) that I would like to take the fridge however this lady was very rude towards us and she also had an attitude and made us feel as though we were responsible for the pricing. She informed us that the fridge we wanted was out of stock because she did not want us to purchase it at the wrong needless to stay I got the one on display. I am thankful for the guy who assisted us. However I was disappointed at the level of customer service that i got from the department manager.
