Disappointing

I’ve generally had very good experiences shopping with this store — their products are usually reliable, and delivery is prompt. However, this time I ordered an iron that was listed online as a 2200-watt model, but when it arrived, the box clearly stated 2000 watts.

It’s disappointing because I specifically chose this model for the higher wattage. The product itself works fine, but it’s not what was advertised. And what I ordered.
