Disappointed with online order

Disappointed with makro online Shopping...I bought an advertized product online which included an additional items as part of promotion. I went to the store to collect the order and only to be told that the additional was supposed to be added as an additional item but on the website it doesn't state that promotional items must also be added seperately...And the people who deal with the orders dont know how to explain it properly....lack of service.
