Disappointed with Marko online.

I have had a second bad experience with Marko online. I Just brought items that got cancelled with no communication sent to me with this regard. I had to call speak to 3 consultant who all gave me different information to this regard then telling me I have to wait 10 working days for my refund on top of the 7-10days for delivery I don't understand how a huge company like Marko can get they service so wrong. The team leader I eventually spoke to Noxolo Tyiwa did not even bother to solution me and was okay letting a dissatisfied customer just cancel the order and life moves on I'm appalled really. This first time in my life I experience such bad service.
