Disappointed with Makro online shopping
I bought a washing machine on the 26th July 2023. Delivery period is 2-5 working days. Today it's the 4th and I still haven't received the washing machine I need. I've called Makro over two times already but still - no washing machine. I am not happy at all. The last consultant told me that she is escalating my matter and they will give me a response in 2-5 working days... On top of waiting for soooo long for the washing machine I paid for!!!!!!!!!!! What a bad experience with my 1st online shopping at Makro. Very *********** nxa

10 Aug 2023, 11:01It just doesn't get better. The worst experience of online shopping in my entire 39 years.
Makro sent me an SMS on the 9th August 2023 saying my order has now been handed to their courier partner and I should expectan Sms from them for whentthey'll deliver. I'm currently at work, it's 10:30 and I receive a call from a guy by the name Brian, saying he is in my neighborhood to deliver my order. How when no one contacted me to say deliver will be made today. Guess what after I tell him there was no communication at 10:45 he sends the SMS that my order is on its way 😔. Why do you do this to people. I sent him back with my order MAK*** cause there is no one at home and I wasn't even given a chance to make arrangements. My mom had been home bound for over two weeks waiting for this order to be delivered. Today she decides to finally leave the house and go sort out her business then Marko decides to pull this. I will never purchase from this store. Whether online or in store. The headache I have because of this purchase is undeserved. If only I knew

10 Aug 2023, 11:05So this means I might go another week without an order that I ALREADY paid for, yet I'm being treated like I took it on credit. The way I've had to bother my siblings in their homes to use their washing machines for mine and my two babies washing is embarrassing to say the least. Angry is not even the right term to describe how this whole situation makes me feel. This means that weekend I'll have to AGAIN go ask to do washing at someone else's place. I don't like bothering people like that-as if I'm disorganized when I'm not.
