Disappointed with Makro Online Purchase – Buyers Beware!!!

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing appliances from Makro online. I recently bought a Hisense fridge that was advertised and sold as brand new, but when it arrived it was clearly not in the best condition. Shortly after installation, the compressor began making loud banging noises, which is very concerning for a product that is supposed to be new.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. From my perspective, it feels like customers may be receiving appliances that are not truly brand new. What made matters worse was the difficulty I experienced when trying to arrange a return. The support process is slow and very disappointing, and it added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.

I’m sharing this to warn others so they don’t have to go through the same experience. If you’re considering buying from Makro, I would strongly recommend going to the store in person to inspect the product, or using a trusted retailer instead.

Overall, this is an experience I would not wish on anyone.
