Disappointed with Makro online

I bought an eletrical heater online at the end of July 2024 then the heater on the first day the wheels broke out, after 2 weeks the heater could not switch on. I went to the app and lodged for a repair, theu keep on telling me to take the heater and go to the Mall they will pick it up there.This also happened when they were delivering i had to use money to ask someone to go and fetch it at the mall, i but online for convenience. Makro should not take our online orders when their courier company does not go to our area cause i only buy online and my goods gets delivered at my door. Ive only experienced this with Makro online courier guys. I had no heater on those cold days when we had a coldfront in the Western Cape cause of a heater that is not working. Im so disappointed with Makro.. This is not my first delivery i had to fetch my washing mashing at the mall, im livid
