Disappointed with 12 days later for outatanding delivery

I'm a regular online customer. My order# *** was a total flop. On 3 January I ordered 1x 3 (for R120) orbit bubblemint and 1x 12 (forR480) orbit bubblemint both for R600. 2 days layer I received an emailbor sms stating there's a delay on my order. Fast forward another 2 days and I received a small box with 3x orbit. On my orders in my profile it said the delivery will be split. It is 12 days later and i have not received the second delivery. Emails and phone calls did not help.
