Disappointed- Makro

Extremely poor service from Makro In all department : Customer service and head office !!!

I purchased a fridge online , but same day I got told the fridge is no available and refund will be made . Going back and forth for a week as they need alll kind of documents.. (for no valid reason) We on week 4 and I still do not have my refund..

It’s amazing how they take your money in a split second but to get YOUR (refund) back it takes months…

How pathetic !!! Never will I buy from Makro again!!!
