Disappointed in the Way Makro is handling my query....

I am very disappointed in the way Makro is handling my inquiry .called to report my washing machine malfunction on the 21 June and till and had the guy come in only a week later to check it out and till now nothing is happening no is telling me what I'm waiting for and turn around time for the wait,so I'm in the dark
