Disappointed in packaging

Very fast service and keeps you informed all the way Always gave great service

Problem was that my bulk orders were perfectly secured with a label to say fragile and this side up but a single item was just put into the box and the contents licked out What can I do as they will just say that I used the product only the box that it was sent in has the stain and smell of the item
