Disappointed in not receiving Feedback

<p>On the 30/09/2016, I was at Makro Vaal, they had a PS4 console 1TB for R 6499 with 3 games in their catalogue. When I asked them if they have it, they told me they are out of stock and would have to Order it, but that I would still receive it for the same deal as in the catalogue the day they get it. On the 06/10/2016, my mother went to Makro for me just to find out they still haven't ordered any stock. Today 13/10/2016, i phoned them, and they told me it is ordered but they have no idea as to when they would receive the stock. In their catalogues they say "If we still run out of stock, we will attempt to obtain the stock". On the 30/09/2016 they wanted me to go to the Alberton branch where I told them I don't have transport, so why couldn't they order it for me or get it for me from one of their other branches.</p>
