Disappointed in makro online service

So disappointed with Makro online wouldn’t advise anyone to use them at all at this point im hoping and praying for my refund , makro should be ashamed we work hard for our money . Made an order and no update has been provided called and ask for a refund they been saying they are escalating the matter but nothing has been done they have since stopped responding to my messages makro do better really.
