Disappointed in Makro

I made a purchase at Makro using their online platform and paying with the instant EFT option. It's more than a week ago, and it's still reflecting "awaiting payment". After numerous phone calls, emails, sending them my bank statement reflecting the payment; no help and poor service. I would highly recommend not using their online system as it's poor service and after service.
