Disappointed in customer service and delivery time

I've been ordering online at Makro for a long time, but the past few months parcels take forever (weeks) to get delivered, they don't reply on emails or answer the customer care line when I try calling!

My last parcel I ordered 2 weeks prior to when I need the things for an upcoming vacation and it's already 11 days later and some of my most important items isn't even handed over to the couriers yet.
