Disappointed & frustrated

I made an online purchase at Makro on 26 November & today is 11 December & I have not received my goods. I am a frequently flyer with Makro, in fact every month. I usually get my order no more than 3 days.

I initially I used their WhatsApp option to follow up, but it was stuck on tomorrow but tomorrow never came. I then sent an email on 5 December & promised it was escalated. I decided I am going to call daily up until I receive delivery. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with various agents trying to follow up on the delivery. I emailed again yesterday & told it will be escalated.

From what I have gathered, Makro Germiston is refusing to hand over my goods to the courier & no1 knows why. At this stage I am highly disappointed & frustrated. If I pay for something I expect delivery as promised. Makro or Makro Germiston, you have let me down.
