Disappointed

I ordered an item online from makro Dec 10. On receiving confirmation of order noticed address incorrect and immediately phoned call centre giving the correct address speaking to Vinnie. Afew hours later phoned again and spoke to Lihle who advises it had not been changed I then asked her to correct it. Order was to be delivered by Dec 14. To date not received and no contact from Makro despite emails to care centre as well as online support. This item was ordered as a Christmas present.
