Disappointed

This has got to be the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! They first supp**** a short order and didn’t notify me in any way why my order was incomplete. I had to enquire and even then I kept on being pushed from 1 agen to another. They didn’t want to assist then 2 lady said she would cancel the order and get her supervisor to call me. Non of those happened. It took close to a month for them to actually cancel my order and refund me. Every time I follow up the don't respond. I made another order and it was also incomplete and it’s been over a week now, every time I follow up on when they will deliver my outstanding items they just say they are waiting for feedback! You are no different from ****mers now coz you short supp**** me and don’t want to fix it!
