Disappointed

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with one of your delivery drivers named Clinton. From the outset, he displayed a rude and unprofessional demeanor that was quite shocking.

When I spoke to him over the phone, he was dismissive and insisted that I come to Nando’s to collect my parcels myself or send someone in my place. He mentioned that he couldn't deliver to my address and made it clear that he had no intention of helping resolve the situation. His attitude was extremely unhelpful and frustrating.

Additionally, I attempted to reach your head office for assistance, but the representative I spoke with was hardly more helpful. She sounded disinterested and unengaged, as if she were too tired to address my concerns properly.

This entire experience has left me very disappointed, and I hope some action will be taken
