Disappointed customer

I must I'm truly disappointed with the Makro online, first time ordering on their website. I ordered 10 water bottles n the website never gave me the option to choose colours. I called the call center n was advised that I should give them the colours n they would send the request to the relevant store,. I wanted 10 Grey bottles n what I received was 7 pink, 2 Grey n 1 blue???? Why was I not informed beforehand that the store does not have the colours. I've been calling the call center with no luck. I wish to return the bottles n I think Makro should refund me for the delivery fee as well, as it was not my fault that the wrong colours was sent.
