Disappointed customer

Hi call Centre (my request (***). After our telephonic conversation last week, still nothing. I was promised that my compressor will be replaced by past Friday before twelve Another empty promise and disappointment !!!!!!!!!! It has been more than a MONTH now and I still do not have a proper product.
