Makro Team, are we as customers a joke to you? Got over 2 months now,I'm waiting for my refund of R11 999, I need the money back, I have provided you with all the necessary documents I keep getting the same lousy response that you have escalated the matter. I need my money. I used to recommend you now I'm left with egg on my face. Yall don't value your customers, it's beyond disappointing.
