Disappointed client at Makro Silverlakes

I went to Makro Silverlakes thinking I will get the best service only to be disappointed im disgusted even,I bought LG Knock fridge and i gave them all my details and they since have not called me I requested that they deliver on Monday 2025/02/03 at 5pm i waited till 8pm till today they didnt call or delivered my fridge which I paid for in full unless this is a new **** im disappointed in them im not even happy and im even expecting them to send rude people to deliver.
