Disappointed !

I spoke to a manager, Mbuyisa Nkulokuphila, at Makro Strubensvalley. She promised to resolve my issue or at least provide feedback on when I should expect my order. My order was placed on the 29th, and I still have not received any feedback from Makro Strubensvalley.

I am deeply disappointed and feel misled by the lack of communication and resolution. This by far the worst shopping experience ever.
