Disappointed

I placed an order on the 8th of October. It’s the 16th of October today my order is still sitting there not even processed yet, got no feedback or why it’s been delayed no assistance, it had to be delivered on the 16th but seeing it’s not even processed I’ll have to wait another week for something I urgently needed, this company has no shame in how they handle business, I pray to GOD above that this company closes down and I’ll be sure to never support them again
