Disappointed by the service Marko Springfield

I'm really disappointed with the service I received at Marko today, in March 2024 l bought Philips hand mixer it gave me problems as it was making a funny noise and not working l sent it back to the store they gave me a voucher and l bought Kenwood machine in July 2024 it gave me the same issue l took it back today to my surprise the manager Tracy told me they need to book it in to Kenwood it will take 14 working days😡 how is it my problem and why must l wait for 14 days for something l paid for? I have been using hand mixes the problem I had is the problem on all even at game they never give me any problems they never told me to wait for 14 working days l paid Marko not Kenwood so you need to deal with faulty hand mixer why must l suffer for 14 days as a customer which was not even explained when l bought it l was not going to buy the Kenwood hand mixer, I need a working Machine buy Thursday or my money back
