Disappointed by Makro on purchased Samsung 8kg washing machine

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Makro. My Samsung 8kg washing machine, delivered on March 4th, started malfunctioning on March 8th. When spinning, it makes a disturbing noise, jumps around, and has caused damage to my property (broken glasses and cups, water spray from waste pipe). Despite reporting the issue on March 8th within the return policy, Makro's response has been inconsistent and unsatisfactory. Their suggestion to repair a brand-new machine is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I feel frustrated and unvalued. I'm requesting a replacement or full refund.
