Disappointed

I placed an order on the 31st of March and so far haven't received it because the drivers keep on sending it back to the warehouse saying it's a failed delivery all because of they can't get my address right which is clearly stated on the order, they keep on giving it to drivers who do not deliver in Sasolburg, my order has been returned 4 times already I mean what's so difficult about assigning my order to the correct courier guy coming to Sasolburg honestly this is an inconvenience and it's unacceptable period.
